To all our fans and supporters,

We’re really excited to announce the start-up of our Dynamic Coaching Programme!

It will will be spearheaded and directly supervised by our principal coach, Shanmugam Balasubramaniam. Having been actively involved in the running scene for many years, Sham has always had a burning desire to mentor and guide runners, not only in terms of imparting valuable knowledge and experience, but also on embracing the sport’s joys and benefits as integral components of a fulfilling life. The running community will see his passions,  beliefs and vast experiences culminate in the inception of  a wholistic running curriculum characterised by dynamic coaching, an innovative concept that focuses on and  adapts to a runner’s individual needs while incorporating recent developments in conditioning, strengthening and nutrition. Participants will find such offerings refreshing and exciting.

This programme is most suited for runners who have a keen desire  to accelerate their performance in an interactive and cohesive environment, that focuses just as much on people as it does on training. If this is the thing for you, we invite you to register for our trial package regardless of  your perceived ability. Looking forward to seeing you!

Sincerely,

TRF
